Videoplayer with own links and search function

Hi everyone!

I have searched the forum but didn´t find anything regarding this.

On my site i would like to have a static videoplayer window on one page and next to that i would like to put links with, by me; uploaded content. When the viewer click on one of those "video"links the content should start playing in then videowindow. What i also want is that the viewer should be able to search the net for own vidoes, like YouTube; and play them on my page.

Is this possible?

How do i do it for best result and which videoplayer should i use?

Are there any safetyrisks with an upset like this?

Although I dont think you can add your own links to it but you could use an Iframe for this in the same way as was suggested for your photo gallery.

Alternatively you could use AJAX here is a link to a basic example of how to use it http://www.w3schools.com/AJAX/tryit....=tryajax_first

Where you see "ajax_info.txt" should be changed to the location of the file (may need to be on your server) you want to be displayed.
