Can't adjust page or move guidelines

I must have triggered a setting somewhere since I can no longer adjust page manually or move my guidelines. Anyone?

Well, I reinstalled the program and now all seem to work fine. Still wonder if I did something to cause this.

Probably. But a clean install, or sometimes just saving and closing the application, then rebooting solves the problem. Applications, all of them, can get dicey at times and do odd things.

Hi Tom,

There was a bug in V5 and earlier that could sometimes cause the magnetic snap radii (and other small values like the nudge distances) to become zero when you changed the page units in the Options dialog.

The bug has been fixed in V6.

Tom, your profile shows XPD6, is it in V6 that you are having the problem?

Yes this still happens in v6 - happened to me not so long ago, which I how I remembered the fix.
Not aware of it being anything to do with changing page units though, I only ever do this if I open someone else's file which is set to miles or inches.
Perhaps opening an old v5 or earlier file can trigger it too.

Yes, and it was a website I created from scratch in V6. I had this problem in V5 in regards to the guidelines. Not being able to adjust page size (the cursor does not shift to to crab the edge of the page) is new for me in V6.
