I need help or better i need a designer

Hi group

I'm looking for somebody that could help me out in my first Android project. Actually I'm a developer but 0 skills as Designer and i need a bunch of characters similar to the attached file (the difference is that i just need face and shoulders not full body), if you think that you can help with affordable price let me know and i'll give you specifics details, take a look at the attached pic for you to see what I'm looking for, i don't need xara files, vercotor files anything like that just the final image in PNG, JPG..etc 64x64 is OK, if you can helpe me out with that just let me know, ill give you more details and you just quote me.. OK????... thxs

The answer is , not at all, I need something similar, same look and feel, similar characters but not those, that pic is just to give an idea, not for replication, what I need is something like that, different characters same style, look and feel.
