First Aid Icon

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to follow a tutorial on VectorTuts to create a first aid icon but I've got off to rubbish start. The logo is 3D and I started off using the 3D tool but I'm trying to keep it all vector. The problem is drawing the first box shape. I have tried the envelope tool, which is pretty tricky and I can't seem to get the perspective right. Any thoughts on how to get going.

Create the top of the box and the white cross on a flat rectangle then apply and edit the perspective.

Try to create each part of the box as well as you can.

You can use the Extrude Tool to create the extruded shape but then recreate the sides in vector. In other words, just use the extrusion as a template.
