Is Photo & Designer 6 trial version fully functional?

Working with the trial version of P&D6, I haven't been able to make the popup mouseover work.
Is the trial version fully functional, or shall I return once again to the instructions and keep trying?

Hi Bev,

The Photo & Graphic Designer 6 does not have the navbar features of Web Designer 6 and Designer Pro 6.

The web features of P&GD6 are the same as Xtreme Pro 5 and Web Designer 5.
