Can I customize the Command Menu Bar? I want to add "Save As" by 'Save' - Thanks

Yes Tom,
You need to open Window>>Control Bars and select the button palette.
Find the 'Save As' icon (8th row, 8th item across - red diskette icon)
Press Alt+Drag to the tool and drop.

Help >> Customizing Designer Pro >> Control Bars

Window >> control bars >> then select button palette, you can then drag buttons to where you want them with Alt+click.
