Lock toolbars

It would be great to have an option to lock the toolbars, as there have been many times I've accidentally clicked on the little tiny space between the edge of an icon and the edge of the toolbar (the little space that's tiny enough that if I *wanted* to click on it I'd have to try like 5 times), and suddenly the toolbar is out in the middle of the workspace. Not a huge deal, just would be nice to have.

Definitely. I want to be able to lock both the position and the size of toolbars so that you can't expand or contract your oftmost used toolbar, so losing its layout.

This feature would be most welcome.

I constantly move toolbars by accident when dragging sliders.

Oh hell yes. Also let us save workspaces as I might alter my workspace for different tasks.
