groups and links - how to separate?

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to separate a link from a group. I have attached a file showing what I don't want. I want only a link on the button "Tilmeld" and not on the rectangles and the text "Nyhedsbrev". But every time I group text, button and rectangles I get one big link. What do I need to do to get it right?
