Default Texture Disapears when I try to print!

    Hi there,

I hope somebody can help me with this, I've been troubleshooting for days and can't figure it out. I used a thick oil bristle brush to create this very grainy looking texture throughout my art and now when i print it it or even change it to a jpg or a photoshop file, it completely disappears and those same brush strokes look completely flat and unappealing. if anyone can help me with this, i would be soooo forever grateful

    All the best!

Did you paint on a New Layer? If so, Drop All Layers before saving as a JPG or PSD file.

Have you tried printing the RIF file directly from Painter? Painter's default (and proprietary) file format is the RIF file, which maintains the brush settings.

Another suggestion is to take a screen capture of the file in Painter and print out the screen cap.
