Which version of Photoshop supports Web designer?

I have some issue with export when testing in CE version as images do not show in Photoshop.

Photoshop is primarily a bitmap editing application and web designer is primarily a website creation application. You can create web graphics in Photoshop but you cannot create websites.

So can you please be more explicit in your question? Define what you mean by support.
