Super fire and chrome

I'm sorry for disappointing some of you for using a bitmap fill. I thought it looked good. Anyways, I received a little ribbing from BP so I decided to put my creative juices to work to make some fire. Here is my attempt. The first one is the bitmap fill and the second one is... YES! 100% vector flames.

Hi Paul,
You don´t need to say sorry what i meant is the work with bitmap fill in Xara is easy work and gived the image shiny look, but the work with vector objects for these effects is a hard and long way but the result is better when you can use it.
The second thing if i want to play with bitmap fill then i go to PS and don´t need to use Xara. and i don´t need this. or what you think?
Anyway you did a great job with your vector fire, i like it and maybe make it a little bit darker as background for the Super sign if you want.

I have no problem with the bitmap fill, was just hoping to get an idea of how to make vector flames! The effect was fantastic, and just because it's bitmap does not detract from the final image.
