    I understand Eric and I agree they would be most welcome

    as important to me would be a means of seamlessly changing the width of the line by pressing key[s], in addition to descrete steps as is the case now

    something you might consider here too, and generally on the topic?

    What I think you and I are both talking about is something much like the zoom keys work. I.e. 1=100%, 2=200%, ... and 5=50%.

    Either this ,or the graduated increase (i.e. +1 size and -1 size hot-keys) would be great for my purposes. And as always, more than one method provides even greater flexibility. I would welcome either or both.

    That would be very handy!

    It would be nice also if it could work on a selection having different line widths, enlarging or reducing each line proportionally.
