is there a way to fix this problem???

Look in the folder where you have saved your *.web file, there will be a support folder which shares the same name as the *.web file, in this folder are the files which have been automatically copied over when you use a placeholder and 'Replace with graphic file'.

If you remove the placeholder from your page, WD doesn't remove the support folder copy, so publishing will try to upload it again anyway.

Simply remove the 4july add.png file from the support folder prior to re publishing.
