asking for help about Xara WD6

I have installed the Xara WD6 recently, and found this program is very good for designing webs. But I am not a native speaker in English or a good code programmer, I could just use the basic futhers of the WD6.

Now I have got a problem, which is how to insert a movie in the web. The webstyle likes Video Demos of WD6 (http://www.xara.com/us/products/webd...torials-demos/) .

In fact, I have tried my best to watch and search the movies and forums here, but I have not found it. There are some ways to insert a flash or a movie, and I want one way to insert a movie and a photo cover. I'm not sure if I have expressed my problem at all.
