Yes, select any object on the page (doesn't matter which object, effect will apply to the whole page) on which you want to disable clipping.

There's an expand to actual size button down the bottom right of the image when it pops up. For some reason the expand graphic isn't displaying on your photo but if you hover over it with the mouse you'll see the cursor change and you can click it for full size.

Excellent - thats exactly what I wanted. Quite right - the cursor changes and the tool tip shows but the actual icon does not show up at all.

*Edit* - resolved this - you need to have the Show Gallery Browser Controls option ticked.
