I submitted a support ticket on June 4, 2010 about an error message I received when opening up Extreme 5 that day. I received a response from that ticket on June 24, 2010.....20 DAYS later.

Its a good thing I don't rely on this program for business. 20 days to respond is unacceptable. I know they have been working on the new release, but if CS is going to devolve every time a new release comes out, I really cannot continue to promote or endorse this company. I LOVE my XX5, but I have consistently dissolved my relationship with companies that provided little or incompetent Customer Service.

I am VERY disappointed in Xara at the moment.

BTW, they told me to reinstall XX5. I did that 19 days ago...............
