Good sword drawings. The second seems to be the more solid and real looking.

Wow! I was not expecting this kind of response on this drawing. I truly appreciate everyone's comments. This is a real confidence booster. I want to give special recognition along with some of the other artist about Black Panther. First off, he was willing to help but he did not do the work for me. He gave me enough information and allowed me to do the work myself. Next, he pointed out that I was using a lot of shortcuts with the bevel tool and the bitmap fills. He is the one that encouraged me to do this sword in pure vector. That gave me a better grasp of using some of the other tools in Xara and gave me much more pride in this particular piece of artwork. I think by the time I'm finished that I will be doing the stone work in vector also. That will be posted under my first attempt at drawing stones.

    Thank you again BP.
