Installing video

I appoligise before hand as I do not really know where to post this, but can I install video files into xara? I'm using one of the supplied templates. Something like mpeg files etc

Web Designer 6 has automatic player and placeholder creation when you import or drag'n'drop an .MP4 or .FLV video file.
The files are automatically saved to a resource folder ready for publishing.

Thanks Sledger, one of my mpeg files didnt work which made me wonder. The other mpeg files work fine. Thanks for all the help

Codec dependant containers.
h.264 encoded videos are generally always accepted.
