Importing entire website

I am taking over the design of an existing website, so I am wondering if there is a way to import the entire website into Xara somehow.

No.

Xara Xtreme and Web Designer are not HTML editors, they can't import HTML.

However it's possible to recreate the site using a method described in this guest tutorial at the XaraXone
