It looks like you're progressing nicely, Duane. I think you need to adjust your icon's southern hemisphere highlight on the last version you posted. It appears to have developed a hard edge that shows up between the North & South American continents. A quick tweak of the feathering and/or the transparency should fix it right up. I'm looking forward to you next version(s).
