Default need some help here, wonky navbar or wha

I don't know what has happened here but I don't seem to be able to do anything with the navbar in this web I've started. It's locked, frozen, something. At one point, trying to add a new page I did have an exception error causing XWD to close. Now I'm beating my head against the wall. Would sure appreciate it if someone could have a look.

There are a couple of rectangles over the navbar [reduce the quality to line drawing and you'll see], thought removing them would solve it, but I can't even select the rectangle which should be the navbar! In fact, trying to select it selects the background! There is no sign of individual buttons on that rectangle either, so if I were you, I'd select all and paste in place in a new file and do the navbar again.

Thanks to you both for taking the time to look at this. Was driving me nuts. Once I unlocked and ungrouped it works. Sledger, what would we lesser mortals do without you.
