Why rectangle does not show up?

1. Created Color 002FA7 and bitmap for background
2. Created white rectangle
3. White rectangle does not show up in web preview

Previews fine for me.

By the way, no need to create a solid blue background like that.
Simply ctrl+drag and drop the blue colour from the colour line to the page.
