    Info Insert Sparklit code for banner in Web Designer

    I have tried pasting a html holder in with the Sparklit code. It looks fine in Web Designer, albeit just a grey rectangle, but it doesn't show up once the site is uploaded.

    Can anyone help here?

    Thanks!!!

    Hey thanks Sledger!

    Well Sparklit is a banner server outfit. You set up all your links and banners etc their end and paste their code into your site to get rotating banners. In XWD6 I used the "Paste HTML Placeholder" function to add this code to my pages. As mentioned, the banners show up on the pages in XWD, but not once the site is uploaded.

    Here's the code:

    <!-- Begin AdButler Code v6.03 (HTML 4.01 Transitional) -->
    <iframe src="http://www.servedbyadbutler.com/adserve/;ID=156789;size=468x60;setID=125041;type=iframe" allowtransparency="true" background-color="transparent" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border-width: 0px" width="468" height="60" frameborder="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="no">
    <![if lt IE 4]>
    <script src="http://www.servedbyadbutler.com/adserve/;ID=156789;size=468x60;setID=125041;type=js" type="text/javascript">
    </script>
    <noscript>
    <a href="http://www.servedbyadbutler.com/go2/;ID=156789;size=468x60;setID=125041">
    <img src="http://www.servedbyadbutler.com/adserve/;ID=156789;size=468x60;setID=125041;type=img" border="0" height="60" width="468" alt=""></a>
    </noscript><![endif]>
    </iframe>
    <!-- End AdButler Code -->

    Try this:

    http://talkgraphics.magix.net/public...gner/adbutler/

    Works in all major browsers here.

    <!-- Begin AdButler Code v6.03 (HTML 4.01 Transitional) -->
    <iframe src="http://www.servedbyadbutler.com/adserve/;ID=156789;size=468x60;setID=125041;type=iframe" allowtransparency="true" background-color="transparent" style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border-width: 0px" width="468" height="60" frameborder="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>
    <!-- End AdButler Code -->

    Works fine for me as shown above Scott.
    Can you post your *.web file?

    Perhaps there's something I can see there.

    Thanks Sledger, I have been using Chrome - only because I'm addicted to speed - it is a lousy funky browser in other respects.

    Anyhow I tested your fix in IE - no worries.

    FF seems not to be able to digest it though. Why is that? The sparkilt code is good for all browsers usually...

    What do you mean by *.web file, is that the whole site on my desltop?
