How to change red border color?

I just downloaded Web Designer 6 demo to test it. For some odd reason I cant seem to change the red default line color that shows around the edges of the page template. I tried right clicking then change background color option and then selected current line color to black but when I view the page it still shows red.

Appreciate any help with this

I'm not sure I follow? Which page template has a red line border?

Hey sledger sorry for not being clear. It's the Beta Theme template and here is an image pointing to the red border I'm trying to change to black.

Open the Page & Layer Gallery (F10)
Unlock the Page Background layer, click the white page background, hold SHIFT while clicking the black swatch on the colourline.
Lock the Page Background.

Do this for each page you wish to change.
