Links keep breaking

I am new to Web Designer. I am working on a web site, recently I am having a hard time keeping the links active. I will create a link to another website on a piece of text and hit "apply" then "ok". The link will become underlined, but when I preview the site, the link will not work. When I check link in edit mode, it now says "do nothing". I should add, I am trying to add several links in a block of text (a list). Is this possible? or does each link need to be its own text object?

Sounds like you're dong everything right, provided you don't have a transparent rectangle with a border *over* the links (in order to provide a box for them). If you do, set the rectangle to the back because transparent pixels are still pixels and will block the text links.
If not, post your .web file and let's see?

You may have hit it. I later added a watermark graphic to the pages. I have brought the text boxes forward. So far, it seems to be working.
