open locked popup and link with one click

Hi,
i need to open a locked popup and a link with one click to a button.
If i use the advanced "popup:" feature, i was not able to use a link at the same time.
@Covoxer:
Is it possible to use locked popups with the old way (WD5 tweak), because then i have the chance to use "javascript:" with the url field.

What is the point of opening link and pop-up simultaneously? Will not the link open the new page?

Hi John,
i will use the locked popup for a menu (without mouseover). A click to a mainmenu-button open the submenu (locked popup) and the link should load a description page in an IFRAME.

Well, in this case I would suggest using the old locking tweak.
