A yearly visitor, Oreo

This guy and his family come and visit every year. They are so colorful.

I recognise the shrub/tree as some sort of Grevillea, but the bird? Magpie family perhaps?

Your right on the tree sledger it is a, Silk Oak (Grevillea robusta). The bird is a Oriole, we have about three males and 5 females staying in our yard.
