Cannot edit a Picture in WD6

Hi All,
I have started a new website and found that I cannot delete, change or move a picture I have on the index page. It is strange as I have deleted all the components on the page and it still remains. The picture expands properly when rendered so I have no idea about this one and look to you guys for some helpfull hints. I have attached the .web file for your consideration. The picture is the one with the Butterly Girl (Compilations)

I havn't seen the the page or picture, but is it just that the layer the picture is on is locked but visible and so has remained after you removed all other objects?
