Default Using WD6 or Xtreme with WordPress

    Hi All,

I'm looking for any ideas on how other folks have integrated Xara with WordPress. Has anyone experimented with using WD6 (or XX) to build out the content areas of WordPress pages/posts?

I'd love to use WD6 to make complex content builds, but somehow insert it within the WordPress frame work.

Thanks for any & all help & suggestions!

Using the forum search function, I easily find the following:

    WD6 with Wordpress
    Content Management System
    Blogs
A Wordpress template with XARA - is it possible?

Doing your own search, I'm sure that you'll find more helpful references.

Thanks cursor. I did a search (I got different results) - but I did get the same kind of "answers".

Basically, "use an iframe to bring it in."

I was taught early on that iframes weren't in alignment with internet "Best Practices". I don't know if that has changed or not, but I've always tried to avoid them.

What I was hoping to find was a way to take the exported HTML from Xara and putting it into the actual WordPress framework to create content within the wordpress cms. So basically, using WD6 as an HTML editor rather than a Site/Page builder. I'm worried about conflict with WordPress scripting, and file references to the xara source folder.

So I figured I'd try to learn from someone else's mistakes before making my own

I suspect that the placeholder/iframe solution would work MUCH better.
