Text off the page

O I just checked my page with the validater why do I have so many wornings and errors if its a WYSIWYG program How or do I need to fix it?

can't help with the text issue -when I cut 'n' paste & make it Arial size 14 then view as a web doc it seems fine.

I did notice an issue with something else, not sure if its been done on purpose or not so forgive me if i've jumped the gun.
