Problem with background

Hello,
I have searched talkgraphics and read everything on adding backgrounds but I continue to have this problem. I have a Dell 24" monitor with resolution of 1920 X 1080. I've used a 1920 x 1080 image for my background but it does not span across the screen. I've tried background tweaks but can't seem to resolve this issue. Any ideas what my problem could be?

Zee did you try the Don't Tile Background tweak?

If you post a .web or .xar file we can see what may be causing the issue.
