Can something like this be achieved in web designer?

Im trying to do something similar to this site, but i realize i cant get it
exact. I have been using popup layers to play the video, 1st video on the interface part i use the web designer player, the others im using SWF file. at the bottom there are links, im not sure if those are iframes or popup layers but i just want to know if its possible to get close to this effect or if i should consider giving up on trying to get this functionality..

capt you can achieve this affect very easily using popup layers.
