Here's another still life I just did today.

It's kindof nice not to clean brushes (even though acrylic is easy to clean up) ...and the undo button is sure nice ;-)

In case I forgot to mention this.. and probably did forget...

If you go to the DigArts site and buy either Jungle2D, Jungle3D, or Tubular Neon, you can get a free copy of Painter 5.5. The cost for one of these CDs is about $80 to $90 U.S. and the Painter software is the PCFormat Painter 5.5 Web Edition, a full version of Painter and a good one. It's the last version before Painter 6 and there are plenty of free tutorials available for it as well as a CD at a reasonable price from Karen Sperling's Artistry Online.

Jungle2D and Jungle3D contain Nozzles and images... trees, leaves, branches, etc. that can be used in Painter. Jungle3D can also be used in 3D programs like Bryce. Tubular Neon is what it sounds like.. you can paint tube shaped Neon brush strokes.. fun to use.

Thanks for the link ... it's a possibility but it will have to wait a while until I feel I have a bit more breathing room money-wise. Thanks for all the info though, it's helpful :-)
