Scrolling text

Is there a way to add scrolling text to a web site designed with Xtreme/Web Designer? I have had no luck adding any kind of direct HTML formatting to the pages. I thought I had seen something somewhere in the help files about HTML but I can't "re-find" it. HELP!!

yes right click mouse web page properties click place holder tag select the correct radio button insert code.

This was the answer on another post which solved the issue and works like a charm!
