Sometimes it's better to just leave things sitting... I re-discovered these, and I have to say that I really like the dog. The drawing is very simple, but I think our friend's dog Zambo has a lot of character - he was a lot of fun to draw.

    I hope you enjoy!

    Hmmm...

The last image has gone corrupt... I noticed the blue line going over the shoulder, and when I tried opening it, for a quick adjustment, I get:

    "Spurious internal error has occured."

and when I click that one away, I get:

"a read error (buffer error) with the file: unknown.

Well, that sucks... Has anyone else gotten this type of error before? It make me nervous to go back and open other oldies now...

I really love the way you use colour especially your colourcombinations. I can't say wich one I like the best. They have all things I like. Zambo is cute and there is a lot of movement in the drawing. The second one is a beautifull composition of colours and the use of lines. The third one is somewhat Picasso-like. I love its colour combination. And the last one: apart from the line over the shoulder, nice feminine shapes combined with straight lines and forms. Through the colours that you used she has a fresh appearance, like she's just taken a bath.

They are all a joy to see. The last one doesn't appear corrupt to me -- it looks great.

    Regards, Ross

PS - Risto do you need some more kippers?

    hi Risto,

I like them all. Simplistic, just enough to get the point across and nothing more. Very cool.

Jolande,Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the images. They are all a little bit different, but still very much the same as the same process was used in all of them.

Ross, Hey there! I haven't seen you that much at the forums - we miss you here! Ahhh.. Kippers and Beck's... I have my own dealer now, but I'm not allowed to eat them while my wife is at home... the smell is POTENT! Thanks for the offer though, I appreciate it!

Ross, it was not the jpg that was corrupt... it was the file itself that crashed and burned. Finito! Gone! Dead duck!

John - Simple - Absolutely! I have enough aggravation in my life... don't need it when I get some time for Xara X.

    Thanks for looking!
