I receintly had a situation where I used this method. I had lost the .web file for a site that I had created from a xara template (more in the coninuing stolen laptop saga). I was asked to make some changes to the site but I didn't have the source file anymore. I used the 'import images from web' function to get the graphic files that weren't included in the template, and vola. With just a bit of careful placement and some copy and paste I was able to recreate the website.

It will be nice to have this tutorial to point people to, that ask that FAQ.
