I would like to have a capture option in WD6 (as viewed or select area).

This is one of the features (available in Xtreme 5 and likely Xtreme 6) which are removed from WD to create the subset of Xtreme we now know as Web Designer.

Isn't it just as fast to Alt+PrtScrn and rc>>Paste Bitmap ?
Or from web pages you can rc+copy then rc+paste bitmap.
(Then there is always the 'Import Graphics From Web' as used in Ima Guest's latest How-to
To be honest, I have never needed to make use of the screen capture in Xtreme 5 having already a faster option on hand

Hi Steve

I would like to copy a selected area that is on the screen.
This can be very useful for web designers.
I use Fast Stone Capture but it would be really nice if this was included in Web Designer.

Yes, Faststone is my faster option too
To play the devils advocate, pressing a hot key whether it be a WD one or Faststone one is neither here nor there imho.
Besides, Faststone is available at all times instead of only when I have WD open.
However, Xara must have seen the need to include a screen-capture in Xtreme but I wonder how many people actually prefer it? (Topic for a poll perhaps)
