Popup menu links not working

I created the menu for this site before creating the pages and used the index.htm page as the link during the process. I later changed all links to their proper pages after the pages were created. The main menu links work but the popup menu links under Services continue to link to the index page. Is the way I created the menu the problem or have I just not done something else correctly?

The problem is that uou have changed links on the "Mouseover Layer 1" while you had to do it on the "Layer 1". Links applied to the object on any Mouseover layer are irrelevant, they are not exported or used any other way.

Aha - I am apprently still low on the layer learning curve. I found that I had to turn off all except Layer 1 to make this work. Thanks covoxer.
