    Default Small CMS

Hi i use Xara (Corel Xara, Xarax, Xarax4,5 etc.. and now XWD) for years to design webpages to my clients, but always i dream to a complete cms based in xara (i don't like css layout or frames etc..), so i write this small CMS.
1.- Design and Graphics are made in XWD.
2.- Principal php engine are in web file
3.- User registration, and multi level membership (Admin, semiadmin, members, visitors etc..)
4.- News system oreder by date, coment, email not work yet...
5.- WYSIWYG html editor for news, create and , edir pages and coments.
6.- upload system for files and media.
8.- link (menu) editor, (you can select order of links)
    9.- Shopping car, 50% ready..
10.- Email system ready but not implemented ( classic mail() function not work in all host, so i change and use phpmailer for that service)
11.- custom scroll for principal content.

i put download link when i finish shopping card scripts

but if you like test them here is the online link..

    Welcome to TG neodelito,

I can't really make much sense of your site (even translated from Spanish to English by Google)

Look forward to more information from you about what you are actually trying to achieve

    Ok. now is functional.
you can download and test here:
    http://www.modulosoporte.com/lab/xaracms/index.php
    member
    user: test
    pass: test

    admin
    user: admin
    pass: admin

Master admin user and pass you need edit in login/config.php

Can you explain why you have two <html> sections, two <head> sections and two <body> sections?
This is usually not a recommended way to present html source to a browser.
I think SE's could reject the page entirely.

R: this you can see in the central layer (customscroll) need add info in <heads> . that's the way i found to do this..

    "Chrome can't run this page"
Yes he can.. i have a hosting problem..
