I see. Well, then we don't know where it had came from. Please create the header text objects from the start.
I don't understand why it looks ok in the WD editor, but not when exported. Why would WD6 export it with added spacing yet not display it with the same added spacing in the editor?
The reason is the limited precision most browsers have when rendering character tracking. It is 0.1 em. Since the text you have has applied 0.05em, it is rendered precisely with this tracking in WD. But in a browser it is rounded to 0.1em. So the text looks a bit wider.
