John - If you're around, can you walk us through how to use one of the Google Simple Form gadgets?
Thanks

It's very simple and straightforward.
1. Drag and drop the Google form to your page.
2. In the preview window click Add to page button.
3. Fill the necessary fields like you e-mail, form name and set other available options.
4. Click "Insert" button at the bottom of the preview window.
That's it.
John.
They are a nice feature and seem to work well here is a video:
There does however seem to be a couple of flaws I will do another video to demonstrate
Chris
OK I did find 2 flaws but for some reason the second one I cannot reproduce, it was if you applied a background colour to the form it left a thing white box down the right hand side of the form which Web Designer imported into the design, since trying again although the white box is visible in the google widget it does not import to web designer so hey it repaired itself
The second one is demonstrated below more of a good practice than flaw
Excus the keyboard noise in the video have only just noticed where the microphone is on my lappie right next to where my left hand rests when typing so my watch clinks against it nicely
SO always use the preview button before pressing insert and this should not be an issue
Hope that helps
Chris
Thanks John. Thanks Chris.
Looks pretty straight forward and easy then, correct?

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
One downside I forgot to mention with these, well if you see it as a downside I do but I hate free backlinks lol is the google bumfffff underneath the form apart from that seems like a great idea and certainly very well addressing a question that has been asked here lots and lots
Appreciate you doing these vids Chris. I think Xara's done a great job again, but some folks always want more
