Is the ability to create a nav bar not possible in the trial? The icon for it is greyed out for me.

No - the trial is not crippled at all.

To start creating a Navbar you need to select a grouped button which has a text object.

You can actually just type a word on the page such as : MENU and group it, then with that word still selected, click the Navbar icon.

I like the upgrade, but I'm a bit bummed, because I just bought Web Designer 5 a couple of weeks ago. Since there is no upgrade discount, I wish I'd know 6 was in the works, and I'd have waited, and saved myself $49. I'll probably buy it, though, since it has some features I'd like to have.

If you bought WD5 after February 8th you can get a free upgrade

That's great, but how do I get it? WD5 wouldn't upgrade, and WD6 won't take my old reg. #. I bought WD5 on Feb. 25th.

EDIT: Sorry - I followed your link, and will see how that works out. Thanks!

Very impressed with the Trial So far

But I do have one problem - If I rotate an object 90 degs holding down the Ctl key

I get an Access Violation exception at 0x006DB4CA

A serious error has occurred ............ QUIT

Any ideas - Im guessing this is not widespread bacause ritation is something we all do @?

Although Im seriously impressed by Web Designer I think I would rather see it as an add on perhaps to My Xara Xtreme Pro Xara MegaPro
