My first site with Xara Web Designer

Hi!
I am new in this domain, but I like it more and more since I found Xara. My first site you'll find on www.managementafaceri.ro and I hope you'll like it.
I am looking forward to see your comments to improve it.

Nice site Alice, clean and tidy.

Google won't pick up text converted to an image, such as where you have " Ne ocupam de management.............." & "management este arta de a infaptui........." at the top of the pages, so you may want to ungroup these text bits.

Same with actual images-google wont pick them up so you can use "web properties" in xara web designer, click on the 'image' tab and write a description in 'image description' box, press 'apply'. Google will pick up this description (Alt text).

Also the 'title' section of each page can be a good place to be 'imaginative' with the use of key words to help ranking.

can see you have added Alt text to the images.

The "Ne ocupam de management.............." & "management este arta de a infaptui........." are still shown as images - 498x27 pix + 471x33 pix, both png.

I try to stop using any text as an image for 2 reasons, 1/ it 'blurs' the text slightly ie doesn't look sharp. 2/ not picked up by google. If you want to you could just add a description (alt text) to above in the same way you have for the other images.

For those headings I thought if I choose "html text" name was enough.

I will change again using alt text description.

In my next project I will not forget your hints about using better text than text as an image.

I just noticed that you have used the shadow tool (I think) for the text we are talking about?. When I tried this I could only get it to save as an image, maybe someone knows a way around this?

I've attached a xara file you can look at-just click (run) and it will open in your web designer. Use '(file) preview website' to view it. Its just to show you how the different styles look in a browser.

At the beginning I used a predefine headings.
