Don't know who said that but be EXTREEMELY careful deleting files unless you have a backup or know specifically which files to delete. Once they're gone they are GONE.

Pardon if this is a dumb question, but should those no cache meta tags be in lower case? I thought XHTML didn't like upper case tags.
