    Info Bullets solution?

I have found bullets to be a bit of a thorny issue with Web Designer. Someone suggested creating a bullet - that was fine except that it has to be a graphic, which means painstakingly aligning each individual bullet with the line of accompanying text

Then I found this bullet online and tried pasting it into WD. It seemed to work fine as a character, not a graphic.

So I was inspired to open up Windows Accessories > Character Map, went to the font I was using (Arial) and found indeed that Arial has a character

It also has square, triangular and circular bullets. These seem to render fine on my browser (Firefox) but I'd love to know if you see what I see
    Square bullet ■
    Triangular bullet ►
    Circular bullet ●

If they render ok on browsers then all you need do is paste them at the start of your line of text.

No it doesn't. Don't forget you can paste anchored illustrations into the text.

Sledger, very helpful list, thanks. I didn't see anything much about bullets when I did a search in the Help files and forum shortly after buying the program. Just a few posts about difficulties people had had, and one suggestion to create your own bullet. 'Anchoring' graphics to text is not a concept that came up in the search either.

A better section on bullets in the help files would be much appreciated.

Anchored Graphics not an option in Web Designer.

I think that a proper bullets and numbering feature would be a good thing to add to both Web Designer and Xtreme. This thread was started in Dear Xara.

I had a problem with some of the Alt codes not working. I didn't realize that not all fonts support the Alt code characters. I would just get a little square instead of the expected code, although I can't make it happen here. Maybe it's a font problem on my system?
