home page has two extra graphics I cant remove :(

Aside from the flash size mentioned earlier, the page looks fine.
Just use Filezilla to remove the site entirely from your host, re-export from Web Designer to a folder on your desktop (so it's easy to find) then upload the lot with FileZilla.
When done, review with your browser and if some graphics are out of place, refresh (shift+F5).
Also worth checking with another browser (I have all browser installed so I can check that my sites look fine well in them all)

I think I have it. I forgot to delete the .html files the first time, this time I reloaded everything and it seems to be fine. Hopefully you see what I see.

THere has got to be a better way than this way.

No - your first page still has the rogue graphics.
You can't have exported the site again from the same file you attached in your last post.

THere has got to be a better way than this way.

If any editing of the .web file takes place

► delete previous export / re export / upload site

I normally delete the site from the server as well. It only adds a minute or two to the process for most sites, but at least I know I have all fresh files on the server.

Yay! It works

But the flash slideshow is still the wrong size.
I noticed you had rounded corners and a drop shadow on the placeholder for this in your .web file.
This won't work because the placeholer graphic is NOT exported, it's a *placeholder* for the code only.

If you want to add a drop shadow, create a new object of the same size, give it the drop shadow and place it behind the placeholder for the flash file.
