GIF animation resets with mouse over

Guys,

I have a odd problem, I imbedded a GIF animation in my website using XWD and every time the mouse goes over a button or the GIF it restarts the GIF.
I checked properties on all these buttons for the mouse over commands and they are all set to do nothing, any sollutions?

My home page is www.rkimarketing.com if you dont move the mouse you will see the show.

Yowsers!!!! 32.3MB animated GIF - no no please don't force your visitors to download that much !!

Use flash instead, it will stream and should be much smaller.

I tried the flash route, couldnt figure it out. Checked threads and still couldnt could you put a link to a step by step. Very frustrated with that process and so I made a GIF from the slide show.

I used movie edit pro 15 by Magix, that converted file is great, thanks!

I noticed the same problem with a small gif created by X3D6. I may change this to flash, but it is still a problem with gif's resetting on any mouseover. Perhaps this is something that the developers can look into.

I have changed my site to use Flash and that stops the problem but I notice another less noticable issue. The flash animation pauses slightly when I mouseover a button that brings up a popup layer (i.e. for a navbar submenu). This isn't a big problem but definately noticable when it happens. This is espically so for my site that has several buttons in sequance that have sub menus.
