A friend of mine was on river boats in Nam.

Thank you Bill, I was on an Amphibious Assault Ship in Nam, 67-68, USS Duluth. Your friend may remember Admiral Arthur Price, he was my Captain then. He received command of the PBR squadrons later.

I'll ask Gerry the next time we talk. He may remember Admiral Price.

A good friend from high school was at Tan Son Nhut in 67-68. He liked it so much he requested a second tour but ended up at Da Nang.
