Win2K SP4 error message

Hi Guys...new here.

Wonder if anyone can help before i get onto Xara support. I run website designer perfectly on an XP machine, and have installed it onto a win2k SP4 machine which is running fine and has been scanned and cleaned from registry errors etc (tuneup utilities + ccleaner). I get an error message "Internal program error 2869.k.me.ps when I start it. This happened on the 1st version and even now after upgrading to v 5.0.2. I have webstyle 4 and some other xara installed on this machine as well, with no issues at all. Any clues. Thanks Hilton

Re: Technical support. Although Xara employees do frequent TalkGraphics.com, and try to help where possible, a reply cannot be guaranteed. If you have a specific query that requires an answer, please check Xara's support section and open a support ticket if necessary. If it is something that fellow users can help you with, then a TalkGraphics.com post is ideal (but be sure to search to see if an answer already exists).
