Dynamic pages and frames

I'd like to see support for traditional simple underversally accepted dynamic items like frames and other proportional sizing/presentation elements. I still can't get used to being stuck with only one format (centered) which can often look like garbage. I'm an extremely occasional user who'd like to see it as a drawing/editing/web design without an excess of flash (pun intended) but with more traditional WSIWYG web page design tools.
